Guest Experience Coordinator

A guest experience coordinator manages the front desk operations and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a guest experience coordinator, you are the first point of contact for each guest. The duties include administrative support across the organization. To be successful, you must have a pleasant personality rooted in customer service. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working occasional weekend shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet clients, ask their name and check them in on our booking system
  • Alert assigned beauticians on their arrival
  • Book and confirm appointments via text
  • Offer beverages and refreshments
  • Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
  • Process transactions (cash and credit cards)
  • Inform clients about new services and discounts/sales
  • Maintain a tidy reception area
  • Capture content of before and afters of each client

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
  • Smart time management skills
  • Solid communication and organization skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under stressful circumstances
